We utilize a third-party application called ApplicantPro to securely process our online employment, board member and volunteer applications. Please see the ApplicantPro Privacy Policy at www.applicantpro.com/privacy for more information regarding its security and privacy practices. 

We also protect your sensitive information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, human resources or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. 

DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES? 

The Center does not sell or otherwise disclose user information outside the organization.

When leaving our site, we encourage our users to read the privacy policy of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. 

EMAIL INFORMATION 

Emails that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For this reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information to us through an unsecured e-mail. 

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
